Standard Features:

32 color touch screen with pop-up windows and troubleshooting messages.
Microprocessor controller is extremely "user-friendly".
Thick coated stainless steel bowls provide long life - even running abrasive or sharp parts.
"Drop gates" and "skivers" provide separation for accurate parts flow.
Programmable photo eye capable of detecting, and not counting parts, not indicated with specified (sampled) eye parameters. Scrap pieces are not counted.
Belt drive not only transports product to bagger funnel, but also assists in separating parts for accurate counts.
Belt configuration/design provides for a much lower bowl which can be easily filled (or add our hopper feeders, or Ultra-Feed Incline/Vibratory Hopper conveyors).
Single or dual-accumulator for accurate separation, and accumulation of parts.
Integrated stepper driven belt conveyor system automatically increases or decreases speed with the vibratory bowl for maximum production.
Rugged and heavy framework with "two-cushion" suspension for smooth and accurate parts flow.
Standard fasteners can be recalled from a database for automatic eye and bowl setups.
